What Guests Are Saying

Teachers, corporate leaders and community groups who have sat around the fire with Dr Noel Nannup under the Wheatbelt stars.

"Journey on Country was unlike anything I have experienced in 20 years of professional development. Sitting around the fire under a sky full of stars while Dr Noel shared the Dreaming stories of those constellations — I still think about it every time I look up at night. Genuinely transformative."

Michelle, Deputy Principal
Perth Girls School — Teacher PD Group, 2024

"Our whole executive team came away humbled and changed. The cultural walk at dawn, the bush food, the stories — all of it woven together with such warmth and generosity. This is not just team building. It is something far more important."

James, CEO
Corporate Group, WA Mining Sector — 2023

"As teachers we talk a lot about embedding Aboriginal perspectives but this experience showed us what that really means in practice. Sleeping on Country, learning to read the stars, cooking in the earth oven — our staff returned to school completely re-energised and inspired."

Sandra, HASS Coordinator
Churchlands Senior High School — Staff PD, 2024

"The landscape, the silence, the Elder's wisdom — everything about this experience was profound. Dr Noel Nannup has a gift for making you feel genuinely welcomed on Country. I would urge every Australian to do this at least once."

David & Claire
Private Guest Couple — Yarragin Retreat, 2025

"We brought our leadership group of 12 and every single person described it as the most meaningful experience of their professional life. The reconciliation conversation that emerged naturally around the campfire was worth more than any workshop we have ever run."

Rachel, People & Culture Director
Not-for-Profit Organisation, Perth — 2024

"I have attended a lot of cultural awareness training over the years but nothing has come close to this. Waking up on Country, walking with an Elder at sunrise and learning how to read the land — it was deeply moving and I would go back tomorrow."

Tom, Principal
Wanneroo Primary School — Teacher PD, 2025
